SEPTEMBER 2025 STATS - SASKATOON, MARTENSVILLE & WARMAN

□ Saskatchewan reported 1528 sales in September, meaning sales were up 10% compared to last September and 26% above 10 year averages!
□ The Bank of Canada's key lending rate is down at 2.50%! The next announcement will be on October 29th, 2025.
□ Compared to the 10 year averages in September, average sales saw an increase of 22% in Saskatoon, a decrease of 9% in Martensville, and an increase of 16% in Warman.

□ Compared to the 10 year averages in August, average sales saw an increase of 11% in Saskatoon, a decrease of 1% in Martensville, and an increase of 55% in Warman.
