Quick question.
What are you cleaning your home with right now?
If the answer includes strong fumes, headaches, skin irritation or gloves it might be time to switch.
Thieves Cleaner is plant based and made with essential oils not harsh chemicals. One capful plus water and you have a cleaner that works on your entire home.
Would you rather breathe in chemicals every day or clean with something that actually supports your health
Curious if you have tried a plant based cleaner yet or are you still using conventional ones
Ever had a reflexology session where one spot on your foot felt unexpectedly tender?
That tenderness is not random.
The feet reflect the whole body and the nervous system. When a reflex point is sore, it often means that area has been under pressure. Physically, emotionally, or both.
Toes and the ball of the foot often show mental stress, overthinking, or emotional overload.
The arch can reflect how you are processing stress or holding things in.
The heel often shows exhaustion or feeling like you are carrying too much.
What’s interesting is that as the body relaxes, those tender spots usually soften. That is the nervous system letting go.
Reflexology is not about forcing release. It is about creating safety so the body can reset on its own.
Many clients tell me they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Sometimes the biggest shift happens quietly.
If your body has been holding more than you realize, reflexology can help bring things back into balance.

Ever wonder why certain spots on your feet feel tender during reflexology?
That tenderness is not random. It is information.
Your feet reflect your entire body and nervous system. When a point feels sensitive, it often means that area has been under stress, overworked, or quietly compensating for a while.
Those tender spots can be linked to
• nervous system overload
• physical tension and compensation patterns
• emotional or mental stress
• slowed circulation or restricted movement
As reflexology continues, those areas often soften. This is a sign the body is shifting, settling, and beginning to restore balance.
Reflexology is not about forcing the body to change. It is about listening to what it is asking for and supporting it gently.
If your body has been carrying stress, fatigue, or tension, reflexology gives it space to reset.

Here are the top three questions I get asked about reflexology.
Does it tickle?
No. It does not tickle. I use light to medium pressure and a controlled thumb walking technique across the foot. Most people find it grounding and relaxing.
I hate having my feet touched. How can I handle this?
A strong dislike of foot touch often shows up when the nervous system is under a lot of stress or when it is hard to fully relax. That is actually why reflexology can be so helpful. It gently supports the body in calming down and resetting.
How does reflexology work?
Both feet are worked using specific pressure points that connect to nerve endings. These nerve pathways relate to organs and glands throughout the body. By stimulating these points we help encourage balance and communication within the body so everything works together more smoothly.
If you have been curious but unsure this might be your sign to try it.
