Due to every single operating cost has gone up an minimum of 15% and every single parts cost seeing a minimal 30% increase over COVID AND TRANSPORT issues....to maintain the service we have been known to provide....

Changes looking to happen.
1. any vehicle related communication to be between 730am to 530pm. phone will be off after 530pm.
2. Retail labour rate $110 per hour for EVERYONE despite relationship built.
3. new business phone number, no more calls to my personal cell.
4. ALL calls, scheduling to go thru Bruce Saalmans our service manager.
5. Dealer rates to stay at current rate until March 1 2022 then will raise minimally (This rate will be texted to you.
6. Dealers will still get their priority service as for me personally, this is the peaceful work i enjoy doing at night...where i can turn my brain off and do suspension and brakes
7. Looking for a GOOD 310s.
