Dear Friends,

Dispatch has always been more than just a restaurant—it has been a space for discovery, connection, innovation and community. We marked our arrival in 2019, as a Living Wage Employer, a rarity in hospitality to this day. Gaining recognition among Canada’s Best New Restaurants and as an Industry Changemaker by EnRoute Magazine validated our ambitions. Exactly six years on, our passion for service, story and community remains. The time has come, however, to end this leg of the journey.

Our final departure will be Saturday, March 22. Come through and join us for the food, drink and spirit we have been so blessed to offer you, our beloved community, over the years. Stay tuned for special send-off updates on our socials and newsletter.

To everyone who has dined with us, worked with us, and supported us—thank you. Dispatch could not have become what it is without you. You embraced our vision and devoured the stories we told through food, beverage and service. It has been a most memorable adventure.
