First hike of the year was a success.
Fabulous 7.6km and over 170m elevation.

Time amongst the trees will always be my favourite 💚

Yesterday included a nap on the couch;
because the heat took everything out of me.

Today included an hour on the stair master,
which also took everything out of me.

Both can, and are allowed, to exist together 💕
