Pirie Insulation is recruiting for two insulation labourers. This is a full-time position. We offer insulation services in the Ottawa Valley and surrounding areas. We provide customers with spray foam insulation, fireproofing, batt insulation/vapour barrier, BIBS, attic removal and blown-in fiberglass.
The successful candidate must be:
Responsible for filling out daily work sheets, installing material. Must be punctual and reliable. Able to work long hours and the odd weekend if necessary. Must be able to train and work well with others and be able to handle a physically demanding job. Able to work independently, handle a fast-paced work environment and consistently meet deadlines, work in a safe manner, and follow instructions.
Qualifications
• Previous insulation experience (an asset) but willing to train
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Attention to detail
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (minimum G class)
• Able to lift 50lbs or more
• Mechanically inclined (an asset)
• Able to work in tight spaces
• Comfortable with heights
