On June 30, 1912, Regina, Saskatchewan, was struck by one of the most devastating tornadoes in Canadian history - the Regina Cyclone. Entire streets were destroyed, lives were lost, and the city was forever changed in a matter of minutes.

Today, we’re sharing pages from Alicia’s great-grandmother’s scrapbook, featuring original newspaper clippings that documented the aftermath of that historic storm. These fragile records offer a powerful glimpse into how the community experienced and remembered one of the darkest days in Regina’s past.
