I am offering a 4-Week Detox Challenge!

A comprehensive program designed to provide gentle, sustainable support for digestion, hydration, regular elimination, stress management and daily energy.

✨This challenge aims to promote the body's natural elimination pathways through a focus on hydration, fiber, balanced meals, mind retraining, movement with gentle exercise, journalling and gentle herbal support, all without extreme restriction.

The program's daily non-negotiables for the 30-day duration include:

Hydration, aiming for 6-10 cups of water per day, with increased intake for active individuals.

Fiber and regularity, aiming for 25-35g of fiber per day from food sources such as vegetables, berries, oats, legumes, chia, or flax. Balanced meals, consisting of protein, colorful plants, and healthy fats.

Movement, with 20-40 minutes of daily activity, including walking.

Sleep, aiming for 7-9 hours per night to support recovery and hormone regulation.

Additionally, participants are advised to reduce or eliminate their consumption of alcohol, sugary drinks, heavily processed foods, and frequent fried foods for optimal results.

Cleansing herbs in tea form,
✨comprehensive grocery list/ menu plan,
✨30-day mindfulness challenge(pdf),
✨a 14-day body awareness movement practice (pdf),
✨90 min in person or Zoom support meeting every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:45am.
