!FREE CLASS TONIGHT! We want to help out the evacuees from Northern Saskatchewan fleeing the fires. So instead of paying for class, bring a donation and we will deliver it to the Newoyo-Tina Friendship Centre.

Here is what they need: personal hygiene (such as soap, tooth brushes etc), board games, playing cards, children's toys and activities, dog/cat food, non-perishable food items, gift cards/passes for movies/leisure activities, bottles of water, juice boxes, baby formula, diapers and baby wipes. Class is from 8-9pm. Keep in mind this is not a normal yoga class. Shake is a party. A loud, sweaty, party.
