City Council is preparing to vote on sweeping budget cuts that will affect every neighbourhood in our city. One of the most powerful ways to show opposition is through an official written submission. These submissions are included directly in the budget package that every councillor reads before they vote and are part of the official record.

If you care about safe neighbourhoods, strong public services, and a vibrant, livable Regina, please take a few minutes to send in a written submission.

Let’s break the record for the most public submissions ever received on a Regina budget. Council needs to see that residents are paying attention and expect better for our city.

Submit your written comments by Wednesday evening. And encourage your friends, neighbours, and coworkers to do the same. This is our chance to protect the future of our city.

Please also email a copy to [email protected]. We will also print submissions and deliver in person to City Hall on Thursday morning.

It is going to be a close election. Every vote will count. If you are in line by 8 pm you can not be turned away. Please get out there and vote!

One weekend left until the election! We are doing one more big push on Sunday afternoon to support candidates. Volunteers are needed to either go out canvassing or help deliver leaflets. Meet in the Balour Collegiate parking lot at noon!
