Wow, we are overwhelmed and so thankful. Since we announced our shop would be closing on June 15th, we have been inundated with good wishes and heartfelt visits. We truly feel so fortunate to have been part of so many people's lives. When we look back, we will remember the milestone celebrations we were part of but also the everyday moments we shared with you. Each and every customer has a special place in our hearts that we will treasure.


And now, with a slight alteration of Dr. Suess's words. "Today is the day. We are off an away," and we believe we are off to great places.


We are not sure what our next act is just yet, but there is no shortage of ideas. We will be hanging onto the Magpie's social handles, and we will keep you up to date on what is next for us.


What is immediately next for us is summer! We have not had one in 13 years. So don't mind us if we are a little giddy about the idea of drinks with little umbrellas in them and finding out what the "lazy days of summer" are all about!


Our hearts are full, our cups overflowing. Magpies will always be for us the best of times. To each and every customer, we thank you deeply. You have truly meant the world to us.

It’s what our mom did for us, this ties back to the reason why we started our business.

It really is an expression of love! We are a family of women, and all the women in our family cook and bake as a way of showing people we care.
