We’ve only got one physiotherapist at Recovery Lab, so after careful observation, this entire list is based solely on Allie. 😅

In her defense, she helps people move better, recover from injuries, return to sport, and get back to doing what they love.

In our defense, we’ve heard her ask, “Have you been doing your exercises?” enough times to know exactly where this post came from.

All jokes aside, we’re incredibly lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about her clients, celebrates every win (even the tiny ones), and is passionate about helping people build strength and confidence in.
