Reminder that your “ bad posture” likely isn’t the cause of pain. But more likely to be sustained posture or lack of movement throughout the day.
Get up and move! 😃
Let's worry less about posture and focus more on movement!
The more you move, the less posture matters.
If you need to crank out an hour worth of emails, try not to sit like a gargoyle. Otherwise, focus more on taking small movement breaks every half hour.
Here are some movement break ideas:
🔷Climb the nearest staircase
🔷20 squats
🔷10 push-ups
🔷Reach for the sky then touch your toes 10x
