OSF Digital @ Hard & Soft 2025 — Celebrating 30 Editions of Innovation 💡

For many years now, OSF Digital has been proud to stand by the Hard & Soft Competition, an amazing initiative that brings together talented, tech-driven students from all over the country. And this year was extra special as we celebrated its 30th edition!

OSF team — Ionut Aconstantinese, Bogdan Pachita, and Silviu Santanu — joined as evaluators and had the chance to see some truly inspiring projects up close. The challenge for this edition, Smart Wheels: Navigating the Future with Analog Sensors and Ethical Hacking, asked participants to build a fully autonomous RoboCar that could make its way through a maze using only analog sensors and smart, real-time decision-making.

Our team was especially proud to present a Special Award to the "Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava 2" team for their outstanding project, that stood out for its creativity, technical complexity and solid ex*****on.

On top of that, Ionut Aconstantinese, QA Manager at OSF Digital, hosted a session about career opportunities at OSF and introduced OSF Academy: our learning program designed to help students gain real-world experience working with Salesforce technologies. The interest and engagement from the students were amazing!

At OSF Digital, we’re all about empowering the next generation of tech professionals, and being part of Hard & Soft is one of the ways we turn that commitment into action. So big thanks to the organizers and to Universitatea „Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava for making this edition so memorable. OSF Digital @ BIT 2025 - a real conversation about the future in IT ✨

OSF Digital had the pleasure of joining BIT 2025 in May 2025, an event organized by BEST Brașov, a non-governmental organization dedicated to Transilvania University students who are just starting (or thinking about starting) their journey into the tech world. We took part in an online session that truly reflects what we stand for: Growth Opportunities in IT: From Skills to Specialization.

It was an open and honest conversation, full of valuable exchanges. We talked about:

• How 20+ years of innovation at OSF Digital have shaped our approach to digital transformation
• Why technical knowledge and communication skills go hand in hand in today’s IT market
• And of course, we introduced OSF Academy: our program designed to help students gain hands-on experience working with Salesforce — one of the most widely used CRM platforms in the world.

The energy from the students was inspiring. They were curious, asked sharp questions and clearly showed a strong desire to grow and align their knowledge with what the industry really needs.

Our representatives, Ramona Neagoie and Irina Izota, left the session excited about the conversations. For us, more than just talking about career paths, it was a chance to really connect and listen to what the next generation is dreaming about and looking for.

A big thank you to BEST Brasov for making BIT 2025 happen and for building this space where meaningful connections can take place. Looking forward to next time!
