March Updates – 2026

To ensure reasonable and consistent response times, we have updated our support policy. Please review the following changes and how it may affect you:

⚈ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆
Support is now limited strictly to products offered on our website. Messages unrelated to our solutions will no longer be addressed.

⚈ 𝗡𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀
We will no longer provide technical research or project guidance that are irrelevant to our products.
Examples:
• No full 2.5T build consultations
• No swap wiring guidance or hardware troubleshooting
• No general project planning
• Support only extend to recommendations on your current setup that might cause issue with tuning

ℹ️ Such assistance is now available as a paid service.

⚈ 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀
Support applies only to the product you purchased.
If your setup requires custom adjustments due to missing or incompatible components, custom work will be billed accordingly.

⚈ 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
We will provide initial logging to determine whether the issue is related to the tune.
If the issue is not caused by our product, you will be advised to consult a local mechanic, specialized shop or to pay for troubleshooting services.

While we understand that many relied on this level of free, in-depth support to complete their projects, this approach is no longer sustainable.

This level of assistance will remain available as a 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. Please keep in mind that this type of support is standard practice, most local shops would charge for the same work. The difference is that we have historically provided detailed technical insight that also helped expand your knowledge, rather than simply delivering a solution.

🔧 𝟮.𝟱𝗧 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

New 2.5T tuning orders will be paused until 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

☑️ If you have a previous exchange with an agreement on tuning your 2.5T, you are not subject to this limitation.
☑️ Orders can still be placed in advance to secure your spot.

With the peak season approaching, we strongly recommend planning ahead to avoid delays.

💻 𝗠𝗮𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿

The beta phase is ongoing and feedback has been positive.
The official release is expected before 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, available to both new and existing customers.

These add-ons have been removed from the website.

ℹ️ They will return as features integrated into the 𝗠𝗮𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 upon its public release. *At no additional charges

We are now re-accepting ship-in services for US residents. ECUs will be handled by B&M Autowerx, based in New Jersey:

Available services include immobilizer removal, VIN matching, swap files, tuning, and more.

This new arrangement helps reduce shipping costs while providing a tariff-free solution for US customers.

⚙️ 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵–𝟮𝟮)

During this scheduled period, tuning services will be 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 while we focus on clearing backlog and implementing additional automations to further improve the customer experience.

Support will be limited to 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀. Other inquiries will be addressed after this window.

Please note that optional features such as crackle and launch control will be completely removed from the website. These options will instead be available through the upcoming map editor software.
