Here is a chart of the Counts, the Dukes and of the Dauphins of Auvergne. I must mention that I have not included the appointed Merovingian or Carolingian rulers, only the hereditary ones. Auvergne is a fiefdom centred on the city of Clermont-Ferrand. In the Middle Ages, the county of Auvergne was divided into several fiefs, all bearing the name of Auvergne and vying with each other to dominate and unify the county. Follow its rulers through their many houses until it was incorporated into the Royal Domain of the Kings of France. During its history it passed through many hands, such as the House of Clermont, to finally be held by various Capetian Houses.

Finally I had time for a last chart of the year... So here is a chart about all the lords and princes of Sedan, from its first lord Giles I of Hierges of the House of Jauche, to its last sovereign prince Frédéric-Maurice of La Tour d'Auvergne. The lordship passed through many hands, including the Valois-Orléans, La Marck and De La Tour d'Auvergne families, before finally being confiscated by the King of France and incorporated into the Domaine Royal. This is version 1.1 (december), so feel free to correct me or suggest things to change or rearrange.

Here is a chart of all the counts (and dukes) of Amiens, Valois, Vermandois and Vexin, from the creation of the counties in the Carolingian era, to their common future and finally their incorporation into the royal domain. The counties passed through many hands before finally being incorporated into the Capetian apanage. This is version 1.0 (January), so feel free to contact me to correct me or suggest things to change or rearrange my chart.

As I am following four different titles of nobility in this chart, all of which are interrelated, I have used a new technique for numbering the titles. As usual, below the name box you will see the titles and the dates of their function. This time, however, there is a Roman numeral in front of the title, representing the numbering of the title for that person.
