Terry Clarke, who'll be joining me at the Port on September 14, is well known around the world from his work with, among other notables, Jim Hall, Oscar Peterson, and the Boss Brass. He's regarded by many as Canada's greatest jazz drummer. I've had the good fortune to play with Terry over the years in all kinds of different situations, often with Don Thompson.
