Review from Amy: Paddle Canada Basic Skills Course - this was an excellent refresher for someone who hasn't kayaked in years! There was a good balance of sitting in the shade and learning parts of the course and on the water skills training and practice. The location at Westwood Lake was perfect. Zeah was fantastic and gave direct feedback during skills practice. She was encouraging and is a natural teacher. I gained a lot of confidence in a short time, somehow even the wet exit and re-entry practice was enjoyable. I look forward to taking a Level One course with Adventuress next summer!
