Since September 2022 our staff and lawyers have been motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle and lose weight. As a group we have lost 165.6 lbs which is 12.42% of our starting weight.

We may have lost the weight of an entire person but please note, we are working harder than ever.

We challenge all local businesses to get your staff moving. The weather is improving each day. It is amazing what a 10 minute lunch break walk can do for your mental health.
