Intro to Martial Arts - Hapkido for 5 to 7 year olds
Introductory Class to Hapkido offered on Saturday May 29th from 10am to 11am. You must pre-register for this class, limited spaces available. Class cost: $15.00.
Would you like your child to try out Hapkido in this introductory class? It's a great way to get a taste of what classes are like if you are considering signing them up in the fall for on-going classes.

Please share! Women's Self Defense Course coming on October 15th. Introduction to Self Defense - basic skills. 9:30am to 12:30pm at Southridge Elementary (College Heights) on October 15th. For ages 15years and up. Call the College Heights Community Association to register over the phone before the 8th of Oct! Call 250-964-2662. You must register to attend. Please wear comfy gym attire: jogging pants/track pants and tee-shirt. No jewellery, long hair tied up and bring indoor running shoes. Bring a hoodie too, the gym can get cold. Course fee is $50.00.
