What a weekend. 🏋️‍♀️❤️

This past weekend, our gym was filled with something you can’t manufacture — the energy of a community that shows up for each other. Watching lifters step onto that platform (many for the first time ever!), hit their openers, chase their PRs, and cheer each other on reminded us exactly why we do this.

To every athlete who competed — thank you for trusting us with your meet day. You made it special.
