With broken hearts, we share that Carmel Restaurant has permanently closed its doors due to unforeseen circumstances. This decision was not made lightly, and it is one of the hardest we have ever had to make. It comes after much thought, struggle, and heartbreak.

For so many years, Carmel was never just a restaurant. It was a place of comfort, connection, and community. It was where families gathered around tables, where milestones were celebrated, where laughter filled the room, and where quiet moments were shared over meals. It was where Sundays became traditions, spent together enjoying our Brunch Buffet, and where familiar faces felt like family.

To Prince George, there are not enough words to express our gratitude. Thank you for choosing us, for supporting us, and for allowing Carmel to be part of your lives. To our regulars who returned week after week, to newcomers who walked through our doors for the first time, and to every guest who trusted us with their moments. You are the reason Carmel existed. Your loyalty, kindness, and love meant everything to us.

Our hearts ache most for our staff, who poured their time, energy, and care into this place every single day. You were the heartbeat of Carmel. Your dedication, your compassion for our guests, and your unwavering commitment created something truly special. Saying goodbye to working alongside you is incredibly painful, and we will forever be grateful for each of you. Good luck on your new adventures. We can’t wait to see all the great things you all will accomplish.
