Bernadette and I had a nice relaxing walk this morning

This winter Blake Senpai and I were invited up to Atlin BC by Bart de Haas Sensei for some Kyokushin training. New friendships were made and we really appreciated the hospitality of the entire Atlin community.

We are still accepting new students, children, teens and adults are all welcome. We offer junior and adults

Juniors age 6-12 Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Adults 13+ Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm-9:00pm

Karate is great for the mind and body. A great way to stay fit and healthy and be apart of a great community of people. We hope to see some new people.
