Pretty proud of myself this year so far! It's been really nice working in a clinical space again. Over the last few months I've been working on a little checklist for when I work with clients. I just finished giving it a few tweaks, AND I uploaded a download feature to my website. Goodness, it feels good to learn how to do things yourself! Pretty excited to be back in regular workshop mode! First one up: Detox! Well, it is nearly spring after all! Did you know traditionally speaking 10 days before to 10 days after the Spring Equinox was a time for cleansing? There are some exceptions of course and many ways to go about it. This class will get into it all and as always I'll have some delicious foods to share with everyone
