I excited to announce that I am exploring some new directions in my career and I can use your help!

I'm in the process of building an e-course to support those newly diagnosed with ADHD to make sense of what this means for their life, build a library of techniques to support improved daily living, as well as supporting students to begin to overcome any internalized stigma, shame, and regret that can come with this diagnosis. I was inspired to create this course by the countless clients I've worked with who were given no direction after diagnosis and had to begin this journey alone.
