Habit formation is the process by which a behaviour becomes progressively more automatic through repetition.

The behaviour we repeat is who we become and this holds true for our moral behaviour.

Need an extra kick of dopamine, your natural reward chemical? Do a self care activity which can include going for a walk, talking a shower or bath, or cleaning up a room.

We have evolved to look for danger. We crave danger because our lives are so safe.
At the same time, we crave certainty, security and attachment. This opposing need is a healthy tension that fuels conflict but also helps us grow and evolve.
