We need our pollinators. Please be patient.

Spring is almost here. But before you rush into yard cleanup, please be patient. Many insects are still resting.

Right now, pollinators and other beneficial insects are tucked away in leaf litter, hollow stems, and garden debris. They’re not gone. Just sleeping a little longer.

Cleaning too early can destroy the places they depend on to survive until the weather warms.

That’s why I made this sign—to gently remind neighbors that a little patience can make a big difference for wildlife.

Well I'm pooched. No car (it's a write off) bad cold. Bad kiln firings. I'm going back to bed.
