The editor, Dan Leadbetter, pays kudos to Niagara GermanAire Car Show & Social in his editorial, there’s an ad for the 2026 event, Chad’s “Kahlua” bug that won a Best of Show award at our show in 2025 is featured, and there’s a feature on the Pat Downs Performance Shockwave ignition system that we’ve sold dozens of. Plus more!!! Pick up your copy for $10 or we can mail the issue to you for an extra $6.75 within Canada.

The long anticipated Winter issue of VW Trends will be arriving soon here at Tuned Perfection/Vintage VWs!! Reply to reserve your issue before they sell out. $10 per issue, shipping is $6 per issue and decreases per issue the more issues we ship together. What’s the hype? Well, the 2025 Niagara GermanAire show is covered, as well as One Crazy Weekend in Vegas, and a local race ready Rabbit is featured. Who wants one?
It can’t always be green grass and dry roads. Another Westy goes home after a bit of work here at the shop. Only a couple more VWs left to wrap up before year-end, then onto the 5 winter projects already here. We’re booked up until the spring! Thanks everyone for a great year!
