This boat came in with some serious engine alignment issues and vibration in the drivetrain. The spacers for the struts were made out of soft polyethelyne plastic and were steadily distorting and shifting out of alignment. As well as the alignment issues it was allowing increasing amounts of water past the sealant into the boat.

This boat had a new engine put in with prexisting rot in the floor and stringers, because of the value of the engine it was best to refurbish the boat. Check out the album for some before and after photos of our work.

Y-Flyer for sale!!!!

This a like new all fiberglass Y-flyer in immaculate condition, recently built and barely used. It sits on an all stainless steel trailer with alloy wheels. Full suite of North sails, mooring and trailer covers. The boat has been compounded, polished and hand waxed with two coats of carnuba paste wax this year, the rudder stripped and re varnished with 8 coats of Flagship spar vanish.
The boat has a white hull with navy blue stripe.

Total cost of the boat new was 18, 000$ USD. Unfortunately the owner of the boat passed away earlier this year, and this boat is in need of a new home.
