Telecommunicators, are often glued to their workstation. That’s because they are critical and beyond essential.

Due to all the equipment and information, they are constantly managing, they require a workstation that can keep up with them when every second counts. And an office desk simply doesn’t cut it. Not when you NEED 4 to 12 monitors, a couple of KVMs, maybe 2 or 3 CPUs, a bunch of rackmount equipment and of course an ergonomic mouse and keyboard (or maybe 2 keyboards).

Unlike office desks, these “dispatch consoles” must be durable and sustain 24 hours shifts, 7 days a week, all 365 days of the year… oh, and prioritize health by implementing ergonomic standards.
