PROJECT UPDATE !!!

Framing on our Our Pointe-Claire project is complete. With the addition of 2 ground floor extensions and a second story spanning the house in its entirety, we turned this 1000 sq/ft house into a 3,500 sq/ft palace. With finishings to come, this home is going to be stunning. Great work by the team in battling the cold winter days to get it done.

NEW PROJECT ALERT!!!!

Get ready for this Pointe-Claire bungalow transformation.
We added a 16’x28’ extension off the kitchen area on one side of the home, along with another 10’x20’ bump out to to front for a new entrance area. To top it all off, we will be adding a second story above the home in its entirety.
With the boys working their butts off in the cold elements, we are pushing to have the roof framed by the holidays.
The new extension off the kitchen area has been framed , we then removed the old roof, framed up the second floor joists and added our wood 3/4” tongue and grooved advantech plywood.
Nothing but the best materials on all our builds, our panelled walls are soon to come.

PROJECT UPDATE !!!!

Our structural slab,kitchen extension in Lachine is entering the finishing stages.
With the ditra membrane and heated cable installed in the new kitchen area, we had to get the floor in the dining room on the same level.
Instead of wasting time with traditional layers of plywood to level it up, we opted for a self-leveling cement, followed by a full glue down engineered floor.
We will be sanding and staining the existing upper level hardwood flooring ,to match the newly installed floor.
With trim work and kitchen cabinetry to follow shortly, this design concept by is going to be stunning. Stay tuned for more updates.

PROJECT UPDATE!!!!

Our beaconsfield project framing is moving along nicely. With extensive deterioration of the existing framing uncovered during the demolition, we completely reframed 2 sections of the house while shoring up the existing foundation in one area, and adding screw piles in another.
Framing should be complete in a few weeks. Stay tuned for a follow up post on all the structural components we have done to date, to get to where we are.
