YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW EASY THIS METHOD IS, AND IT'S PERFECT FOR JUST UNDER MED-RARE EVERY TIME:

Here's how you cook it: 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

***VERY IMPORTANT for this to work..
- Let your roast come to ROOM TEMPERATURE (we are dealing with science here so the temp matters)

- With a knife cut slits into the roast and insert garlic cloves (We suggest 1 clove per pound)
- About 30 minutes before you start your cook; Rub Meat liberally with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Pepper (Or any other spice that you prefer)
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- Calculate 5 minutes per pound
ex; (7 lb Roast = (5 Minutes X 7 lbs) = 35 Minutes)
Insert your roast in the preheated oven for the calculated time, and once the time has elapsed, TURN THE OVEN OFF, AND LET SIT IN THE OVEN FOR 2 HOURS.. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..
Remove from Oven and Cut to serve immediately (No resting required...
