We currently have a side of yak-cross beef available for purchase. You can buy the entire side or a mixed quarter. It includes a variety of steaks, roasts, ground, stew and/or stir-fry, short ribs and soup b0nes. The side is 295 pounds (hot hanging weight) @ $4.50/pound. A mixed quarter would be half of this. PM me if you're interested.
