🌿 Pistachio Raspberry
Pistachio sponge filled with raspberry confit, covered with whipped white chocolate ganache, then finished with white chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries, and pistachios.
🍫 Chocolate Caramel
Chocolate sponge with chocolate cookie, filled with salted creamy caramel, pecans, and pumpkin seeds, then covered with milk chocolate.
Handcrafted in small batches, balanced in sweetness, and made with premium ingredients.
