Grilled corn and avo soup!
Cooler weather always brings us to the stovetop to cook up a yummy soup or stew. This can be served chilled or warm and is fully vegan (unless you add creme for presentation like we did)!

It may be a gloomy day here in PEC but the waterfront at Mapiya is stunning as ever!
Less than a 10 minute walk from the retreat house, this is one of our guests favourite features about Mapiya... ours too! ;)

A Mapiya style breakky...
- 4 cheese and egg baskets
- homemade crepes (served your choice of sweet with nutella and berries, jam and walnut crumbs or savoury with brie and eggs!)
- brie and apple tamarind chutney puff pastry bake
- a variety of muffins
- assortment of cheeses
- large choice of fresh fruits, juices and breads! (Not pictured).. and of course, coffee, teas and the works!
