Holy moly, when I started my business at 29, it wasn't planned, it wasn't planned at all. It felt like the only option, so I took a leap of faith.

Turns out that leap of faith was one of the most important choices I've ever made.

I've since worked with so many wonderful people, helping them to reclaim their movement practice after years of moving because they hated their body.

I've taught other movement teachers how to teach through the lense of fat liberation.

I've gotten the chance to work with amazing groups from all over the world.

I've been able to work with amazing groups close to home.

This year (not till July) I'm turning 35, and I'm exactly where I need (+ want) to be.
