As a GoodLife member at the original Liverpool location for over a decade, the newly opened Liverpool location is definitely something to be excited about.

Almost 4x the size of the previous, the new GoodLife gives not only more choices with new machines, more free weights, but also some added bonuses focused on recovery with a red light and massage lounge, as well as a recovery room.

Personally Iโ€™m super excited about having a turf area as I love to plyometric and explosive-type training that translates to sports.
