We treated our client's tear troughs with a dermal filler called Teosyal Redensity II to revive her undereye area.

The result of tear trough filler camouflages the baggy eyes by physically blending the groove between the eye and the cheekbone to improve the shadowed step from the eyelid to the cheek area. This will help by adding volume and evenness to fill the hollowness of the dark circles without adding puffiness.

Tear trough fillers tend to work best on people who have hollow under-eye ridges, not excess puffiness or bulging. Dark under-eyes caused by hyperpigmentation won’t help.
