I have waited for what feels like my entire life for this one.

In 3rd grade I made a pact with my best friend to be her maid of honour and her mine in return, just over 24 years later I had the honour of photographing her intimate and very secret wedding day. While they didn’t have a formal wedding party I did spend the afternoon getting ready, laughing and gossiping like we did all those years ago before I saw her become a wife. The day was perfectly warm and sunny, the smiles were big and the love was ever present. I feel so privileged to have been present for this day and all the important ones that came before, I hope to cheer you and your family on for the next 24! 💕

How wonderful is it that we get to experience October’s in their full glory every year?! The colours, the sunsets, the cool temps (maybe not this year though). Here’s to more Octobers and more sessions in the sun.
