Introducing Rebuild + Restore! 💚

Ready to take the next step in your postpartum recovery? Our Rebuild + Restore program is a small-group, physiotherapist-led class designed for moms who have already reconnected with their core and pelvic floor and are ready to progress their rehabilitation.

This class focuses on safely transitioning into full body strength training while gradually reintroducing impact activities like jumping, with individualized guidance, modifications, and support every step of the way. Build strength, regain confidence in movement, and feel empowered for the everyday demands of motherhood, while working toward returning to the activities you love most.

Program Details:
📅 Mondays | 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
🗓️ September 14, 21, 28 & October 5, 19, 26
**$40 per class** (physiotherapy treatment)

✔️ Successful completion of our Core + Floor program or a new pelvic health physiotherapy assessment and approval from one of our physiotherapists is required before joining.
👶 Babies up to 18 months are welcome.
🧡 Covered under most private physiotherapy insurance plans.

Suzanne provides thoughtful nursing care for women across their lifespan, with support for maternal-infant care, pelvic health, vulvar skin care, prolapse, and continence concerns.

Her approach is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and collaborative. She offers education and support, personalized care planning, symptom management, referral guidance, and coordination with physiotherapy and medical providers when needed, helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their care journey.
