Palm Sunday!

On Palm Sunday, the Lord Jesus entered Jerusalem; in the same way, He desires to enter your heart. Blessed is the soul that opens its doors to Him, for His entrance sanctifies it and fills it with peace.

The people cried out, saying “Hosanna,” a praise flowing from hearts rejoicing in salvation. For the soul that tastes the presence of Christ constantly rejoice and give praise God always.

Likewise, the presence of Christ remains in us as in the simple people who received the meek and humble Christ. For humility is the garment of God, and whoever wears it becomes close to His heart. The more a person humbles himself, the more God lifts him up.

أحد الشعانين
يوم أحد الشعانين دخل الرب يسوع أورشليم، هكذا يريد أن يدخل إلى قلبك. فطوبى للنفس التي تفتح له أبوابها، لأن دخوله يقدّسها ويملأها سلامًا.

كان الشعب يصرخ قائلاً هوشعنا فكانت تسبيحًا نابعًا من قلوب فرحة بالخلاص. لأن النفس التي تذوق حضور المسيح، لا تملك إلا أن تفرح وتسبّح.

كذلك يدوم حضور المسيح وعمله فينا كما في الشعب البسيط الذي استقبل المسيح الوديع المتضع، لان الاتضاع هو ثوب الله، ومن يلبسه يصير قريبًا من قلبه. فكلما نزل الإنسان إلى أسفل، رفعه الله إلى فوق.
