#12. Anyone , either visiting or living here, who cannot curb their urge to eat horse p**p (also any other type of p**p) to an acceptable minimum, will be confined and tied to a vehicle.
(Legally binding ….also includes, rotting/dead animals, rotting vegetation and interesting smelling mud like substances likely infused with p**p).
