Food For Thought Lanark County provides funding and support to our community schools that run nutritious breakfast, snack and lunch programs. Having nutritious food available to all students in our schools provides them with the best chance to learn. The increased costs in food makes it hard for many people to provide nutritious food for their families. Food For Thought works hard to raise much needed funds for schools so that these students have access to nutritious food, daily. We have been doing this since 2001! 2026 marks our 25th year in operation and we want to celebrate! We are hosting a catered dinner and dance at the Perth Civitan Club on Friday, April 24, 2026. Dinner tickets are limited so order yours today! The D-Tours band will be playing an engaging mix of music which will have everyone up dancing! A cash bar is available. The D-Tours Band is happy to provide musical entertainment for the upcoming ‘100th Birthday Celebration’ at the Garage in Perth on Saturday, November 1st. This event celebrates Dave Chaplin (turning 60) and Jordan Burnie (turning 40). All are welcome to attend this rockin’ good time! Music starts at 8:00 pm.
