πΈ Spring break is the perfect time for students and teachers to unwind and prepare for the next school term. But donβt forget to take care of your posture, get some restorative sleep, and pay attention to your spine health during the break!
β Sit properly when studying or gaming β πͺ Keep your back against the chair and feet flat on the floor. Be sure to line up the top of your screen with your eye level to avoid bending your neck too far up or down.
π΄ Plan to get enough sleep β Your body heals and recovers best with proper rest.
π Check your backpack β Do the straps fit right? Will you be able to use both straps to maintain a balanced, light pack to avoid shoulder pain?
πββ Stay active β Stretch, walk, and move daily to prevent stiffness and maintain circulation.
