Recovery is such an important part of fitness!

Please make sure you are taking the time to recover, stretch, roll, walk it out, do whatever your body needs! I have a short amount of time between clients and making sure I roll out my sore muscle. What do you do for recover??

How is this for a story. Lois had her 100th personal training session today! She is getting stronger and stronger every session and is such a pleasure to work with. It shows it’s never too late to start prioritizing yourself and your health. We celebrated with 100 of every exercise (with breaks of course) and maybe some flowers and a bottle of bubbly. I’m so proud of you Lois and thanks for inspiring myself and the people around you 💜
