Hey Athletes and clients! Here is the schedule for July and August of this summer. It should be a great summer of athletic development and fitness! Reach out to solidify some sessions.

As hockey seasons end and playoffs are approaching I am happy to announce the schedule for the 2025 Summer Hockey Training Program!

I will be partnering up again with for the second year after a very successful summer in 2024.

I cannot believe this will be the 5th summer of this program since it began in 2021. It has been very special for me to work with so many driven and talented players determined to maximize their potential and advance their careers.
