And a special THANKS goes to the CMTO for keeping me informed on the current situation and providing the adequate education required as an RMT to effectively and SAFELY treat all clients, and how to respond even under extreme circumstances.

What a beautiful brisk and sunny Sunday!

Took Me, Myself and I for a walk today and enjoyed that fresh air and lovely sun all while maintaining precautionary measures and social distancing.

For those in quarantine / self isolation, open up those blinds and let in that sun light, sit by the window and enjoy the view!

Inhale that clean oxygen and absorb those UV Rays to produce that vitamin D to help strengthen and support your immune system.

Sunlight and fresh air is the best natural and free cleanser there is!

Due to the Ontario Government declaring a State of Emergency amid COVID-19 Pandemic, the CMTO recommends that Non-Essential Massage Therapy treatments be suspended until further notice for public safety. Only Essential Massage Therapy treatments will be provided for those who need it PLUS meet stricter screening and continued precautionary measures to reduce possible transmission. Please arrive a MAXIMUM of five minutes early to limit your contact with others and align with social distancing recommendations made by the Ontario Government and Government of Canada.
