📢 Virtual Class Tips

● You will need Zoom (app or software) to access this class.
● Once you have Zoom, use link above to given above to connect
● Currently Zoom has a restriction of only 40 minute, hence I will start the session at 8pm EST.
● However kindly log in early to ensure you are setup before 8pm. You will get a box that says "waiting for host to start". Use this time to setup your device.
● You will need to say "Ok" both for your camera and microphone.
● Please remember proper clothes and shoes for exercise.
● Try to clear a decent space to allow for movement, stay safe.
● You don't have to follow exactly what I do, follow routine at your own pace and stay hydrated. As long as you are moving and having Fun, that is what matters !
