✈️ Meet Shannon! ✈️

Shannon's journey into physiotherapy began in grade 12 when she fell in love with anatomy and movement. With a passion for helping people and an athletic background, physiotherapy became her perfect fit. 🏋️‍♀️

✨ Specialties: Shannon loves helping patients with any and all musculoskeletal conditions with an additional speciality in pelvic health. Some conditions she treats include back pain, shoulder pain, ankle sprains, postnatal recovery, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain, to name a few. She is also rostered in acupuncture and dry needling! Shannon combines evidence-based education and personalized exercise plans to guide patients back to their best selves.

💡 Her philosophy: Shannon loves learning about people—not just their symptoms or pain, but additionally about their lifestyle and who they are as a whole. She believes in a holistic approach, understanding how the mind and body work together every moment. She often reminds her patients: "Rehab is rarely linear—setbacks may happen, but consistency with exercises and appointments leads to success."
