Ex*****on without strategy is expensive.

Founder POV: What does your role at Victory actually look like?

As Founder and CEO of Victory, I have had the opportunity to shape marketing and business development systems for some of the most ambitious practices in Canada.

My work focuses on aligning brand, business, and patient experience with purpose. I am often brought in not just to execute marketing, but to help reframe how a practice operates and grows.

My perspective is shaped as much by my life as my work. My days begin with school drop-offs and move into leadership, consulting and decision making.

I am known for my standards and leadership, my commitment and accountability to my team and clients, and my ability to see around the corner.

For this important launch, our focus extended far beyond design. We structured every page to support search visibility, intuitive navigation, brand emphasis, and meaningful conversion.
